These Fellows are top-tier scholars chosen by the United States Department of State program called IREX (International Research & Exchange). They spend a four-month term living in Orlando, Florida and working at IDEAS HQ to learn best practices. All fellows below have now returned to their home countries as lead organizers of their local IDEAS branches.
