Seeking a way to give back to your environment while being a part of a community of change makers? Join us for our open to the public eco-action events! We host events throughout each month across Florida and beyond.

The IDEAS Hive

Be a leader in your community and come to our next IDEAS Hive.  To learn about eco-action projects around the focus areas of sustainability!

IDEAS Hive Orlando meetings are at the Center For Health & Well being in Winter Park every 1st Wednesday of each month from 6:45-8:30 pm.

The IDEAS Hive is a think-tank meeting bringing people together to engage in open dialogue about environmental challenges while developing projects to combat issues with climate action! This is where to collaborate as a community to engage in volunteer opportunities with the goal of ensuring a more sustainable future for our city. Light plant-based snacks and refreshments are provided.

Fleet Farming
Swarm Rides

Our urban agriculture program, Fleet Farming, offers volunteers hands-on opportunities. Learn about sustainable farming and growing your own food. By transforming under-utilized urban lawn spaces into abundant micro-farms, Fleet Farming has created a movement focused on sustainable living and a mindful respect for nature and our Earth.

Every 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month from 9 am – 12 pm leaving from Audubon Park Covenant Church, Fleet Farming welcomes the community to its free Swarm Ride community farming events, where volunteers can travel from house to house tending to front yard farms.

Eco-Action Projects

Eco-Action Projects occur throughout each month and are related to our focus areas of energy, water, food, waste, and ecology. They include renewable energy projects / trainings, waste clean ups, shoreline restoration, native landscaping, massive tree plantings, edible garden installations,  sustainability workshops, and more!

Join our for hands-on eco-action! All tools provided, just bring a pair of closed toe shoes, a water bottle, and be ready to get your hands dirty.
