On April 25, Nepal was struck by a 7.8 magnitude earthquake followed by waves of aftershocks. SunFarmer, a company whose mission is to provide every hospital in the world with clean and reliable solar energy, has started an Earthquake Relief Fund to support the people of Nepal.

The electricity situation was dire even before the earthquake. Medical teams urgently need electricity and clean water to treat the injured and prevent disease outbreak. SunFarmer is deeply rooted in Nepal and will work with their network of local partners, remaining there for the years it takes to rebuild.

100% of these donations will be going directly towards electrical systems, which SunFarmer will provide free of charge to support critical relief efforts. Donations are tax-deductible in the U.S.
