Senator Bernie Sanders on the Keystone XL Pipeline

Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont is the longest serving independent in U.S. congressional history. On January 15, 2007, Sanders introduced the Global Warming Pollution Reduction Act of 2007 and has often been a vocal advocate about the ramifications of global warming.

Below is a video of Senator Sanders at a committee hearing passionately explaining the current effects of climate change and the insanity of the Keystone XL pipeline and how we must stop it immediately and move away from fossil fuels.
